In December 2021, he officially joined the group as a pre-owned vehicle sales representative. At that time, it was his first full-time job in the industry. When Groupe Taddeo acquired Honda Centre-Ville, Matthew was transferred there as a new vehicle sales representative. Once again, his progression was rapid.

Thanks to his natural leadership and results-driven vision, he moved into the role of Sales Director and officially assumed his position as General Manager in November. This appointment reflects both his experience and the confidence placed in him by the group's leadership.
