Operate a multi-line phone system, take detailed messages, and forward them promptly;
Greet all customers, identify the purpose of their visit, and direct them accordingly;
Provide administrative support as needed;
Open and distribute incoming mail;
Issue receipts for vehicle drop-offs and deliveries;
File and photocopy documents;
Attend to customers' needs in the waiting area;
Maintain an inventory of the Bistro corner (coffee, milk, water, and other items) and prepare order lists;
Ensure the Bistro area is clean and functional at all times.
High school diploma (DES) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Bilingual in French and English;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Customer service-oriented;
Comfortable interacting with clients;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Able to work in a team and manage frequent interruptions;
Versatile, discreet, and professional;
Strong sense of responsibility and organization;
Capable of prioritizing tasks, working independently, showing initiative, and good judgment;
Flexible and adaptable;
Detail-oriented and efficient.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM -- 8:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM -- 4:00 PM
Salary: $18 -- $19 per hour
